I have been a subscriber to the Wall Street Journal for nearly 25 years. In the past 6, I have watched the editorial page sink to the depths of sycophantic toadyism for the Bush Administration, but hung on nonetheless for the superb coverage of the global business scene. Now, with Rupert in charge, I fully expect to see the business side of the Journal take on the aroma of other Murdoch-owned media properties. Fair and balanced? Not likely.
Guess I’ll save myself a couple hundred bucks a year by cancelling my subscription.
Take that to the bank, Mr. Murdoch.
