Michael Kinsley wrote a brilliant expose of Sara Palin’s true credentials as an economic “reformer” in /Time Magazine. I’d say this puts Lady Sarah slightly to the left of the most ardent tax & spend Democrat on the planet. These clumsy attempts by the McCain campaign to cast Palin as a maverick change agent will come home to roost soon enough. There will always be ignorant voters who buy the story without checking the facts, but not enough to swing the election to candidates who have exhibited such a flimsy relationship with the truth.
