One wonders how Gov. Palin thinks she can continue to get away with the certifiably false story of her “heroic reformer” opposition to the
“Bridge to Nowhere”. This is a page right out of the Bush/Rove playbook, pure and simple: tell a lie often enough and people may start to believe it. This is the attitude that led this country into a bogus war that has cost thousands of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars. Pity that this is now a deeply-embedded feature of the Republican brand.
Plain Truth vs Palin Truth: The Bridge to Nowhere

To bad that Obama voted for the bridge to no where!
Aware of that. But Palin is making her completely fictional opposition to the bridge into a cornerstone of her bogus maverick image. It’s nothing but a lie. Why should anyone trust her in the second most important job (and potentially the MOST important job) on the planet? We took that chance with Bush, and the wreckage is there for all to see.
